Ashek Elahi is the Founder & CEO of Bangladesh Coffee Academy with more than 20 years of experience in Bangladesh's coffee industry. His experience includes coffee training, coffee education, roasting, café consulting, and coffee industry development, with international learning and training exposure in India, China, and Malaysia.
Shajib Fakir is the Managing Director of Bangladesh Coffee Academy with 12 years of experience in Bangladesh's coffee industry. His expertise includes commercial espresso machine maintenance, technical support, barista training, and coffee equipment. He was the Champion of the Mymensingh Barista Championship 2019.
